Organizations who are inquiring about a grant distribution from the AAPCF are invited to make their request by mail only to the above address, and are accepted and reviewed throughout the year. Email submissions are not acceptable. Qualified applicants should provide proof they are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, whose core responsibility is to care for children in need in their community. All requests should be as specific in nature as possible, as we would rather fund an item(s) rather than make a cash donation.
The Alaska Airlines Pilots Charitable Fund does not fund:
Specifically in order to be considered for donation we need to receive a written request sent through U.S. mail on your organization's letterhead and at a minimum should include the following:
Everyone is most welcome to make one-time contributions at any time as they see fit (i.e. grievance settlement, memorial donation, year-end charitable tax donation, etc.), payable to the AAPCF. Please send a check or money order to the address on the right side of this page (please do not mail cash).
Alaska Pilots have the option to make a continuing monthly contribution via payroll deduction. A Checkoff Authorization Card is provided below. Just print this page, fill out the pertinent information and send it in via comail (c/o Erik Scheller - SEAOP) or the above address. Additional cards may also be available in your Domicile crew resource center or as a tearout page in the Alaska Pilots Bulletin or ALPA provided yearly logbook.
All credit and debit card contributions will be processed by Google Checkout.
If you prefer to send a check, please make it payable to AAPCF, and mail it to:
